"Land Tax Assessments 1786-1856", entries for Trecwn Mill Llanfair Nant Y Gof. Pembrokeshire Archives, Haverfordwest citing PQ/RT/DE (Dewisland hundred) and PQ/RT/CE (Cemmaes hundred)

The Land tax assessments for Trecwn Mill show that that the tax was being paid by a Thomas James from 1786 until between 1788 and 1791; by a Mary James from 1791 to 1796; and by a John James from 1797 until 1831.

This pattern usually means that a father (Thomas James) and left the lease of property to his widow (Mary James); and when she died it went to his son (John James).
